Order Processing

As soon as your order is placed, we get straight to work.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days

• You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped

• Orders are shipped directly from our European partners

We keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Shipping Method & Suppliers

Ravizen.nl collaborates with reliable European suppliers who ship our products directly to you. This allows us to offer high-quality yoga and Pilates products with fast and careful delivery.

Because we work with multiple partners, the shipping location may vary per product. This does not affect your rights as a customer.

Delivery Times

Our average delivery times within Europe are:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 3–7 business days

• Other EU countries: 4–10 business days

During busy periods, such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. Depending on the product and supplier, these can range between €0 and €4.95.

For selected products or promotions, we offer free shipping.

Ordered multiple products?

It can happen that products are shipped from different warehouses. In that case, you will receive your order in multiple packages. You will, of course, not pay any extra shipping costs for this.

Delays

Although we strive for fast delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to:

• Busyness at carriers

• Unforeseen circumstances

• Holidays or seasonal peaks

🔄 Return Policy

Cooling-off Period & Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product.

How do I return a product?

1. Send an email to info@ravizen.nl with:

   • Your name

   • Order number

   • The product you wish to return

   • (Optional) reason for return

2. You will receive clear return instructions and the correct return address from us. Because we work with multiple European partners, this may vary per product.

3. After receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days.

Conditions for return

A product is eligible for return if:

• It is undamaged

• It is unused

• It is in its original packaging (as far as reasonably possible)

Please note: Hygiene products such as yoga socks can only be returned unused and sealed.

Who pays the return costs?

• The return costs are for the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

• In that case, we will, of course, bear all costs.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

We will resolve this quickly and free of charge.

Send an email within 48 hours of receipt with:

• Photos of the product

• Photo of the packaging

• Your order number

You will then receive a new product or a full refund.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

• You will receive your money back within 5 business days

• The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used to pay

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

• Hygiene products that have been opened or used (e.g., yoga socks)

• Products damaged by use

• Gift cards
